130 Early Childhood professional attended a two-day seminar

Good professionals should be in constant learning. About 130 staff of STEPS (Early Childhood programs) participated in two seminars that discussed educational and therapeutic aspects of working with groups of children. During the seminars, lectures were given on various topics, such as group theory and group types, integration of developmental and group vision and many more. Participants presented examples and models of existing groups in the communities in which the Northern Goals is operating, and led a discussion about these models. The seminar was an impressive combination of theory and peer learning, lectures and shared thinking.
