Idan Tahur
Idan Tahor is the Finance Manager at Northern Goals, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds a degree in Economics and Accounting. He brings extensive experience in establishing and managing businesses, along with a broad financial perspective. Idan completed his professional internship at KPMG (Somekh Chaikin).
He resides in Acre, is married, and is the father of two daughters.

Shiri Hochman
Shiri is a clinical social worker with a master’s degree in Social Work and another master’s specializing in Organizational Psychology. She is an expert CBT psychotherapist.
Shiri has extensive experience in the Migdal Or employment and rehabilitation system, and currently serves as head of the center.

Avi Musenjad
Head of northern district programs
Avi Musenjad
Avi is a clinical social worker with a master’s degree specializing in Trauma and Resilience. He is an alumnus of the Rashi Foundation Reshit program for social management. Professionally trained and experienced in in the treatment of children who have experienced sexual assault and of children with harmful sexual behavior (HSB). He is also trained in addiction treatment. Avi is the Head of Northern Goals’ Kerem centers and the organization’s northern program cluster, including the clinical after-school programs, parent-child centers and the center for children and families.

Serach Winberg
Serach holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and a master’s degree specializing in Developmental and Cognitive Disorders. She has extensive experience in the development, management, and counseling of education and social and educational programs. Serach leads Norther Goal Foundation’s strategic development and partnerships.

Rinat Bar-El
Rinat holds bachelor’s degrees in Law and Criminology and a dual master’s degree in Public Law from Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University. She deals in labor law, public tenders, and rights protection. Rinat has vast experience with the private and non-profit sectors, with prior rolls at the Ministry of Welfare, municipal social services and the Employment Service. She leads professional communities and forums for the promotion of policies and social change.

Suher Nijam
A social worker and attorney, Suher has a Masters in NGO management. Her work is dedicated to young men and women coping with risk situations and adversity. In 2020 she was named to Globes’ “40 Most Promising Young Leaders” list in recognition of her social impact.

Eytan Ben Atiya

Eytan Ben Atiya
Eytan Ben Atiya has a long track record in the filed of social activism, with over 20 years of experience working with communities in Israel’s social peripheries, in particular in the Haifa and northern regions. He holds a BA in Education and a Teaching Certificate, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Haifa. In his previous role, he served as Regional Director of the national program for at-risk children and youth, “360°”, where he led the Hatchala Tova (A Good Start) network of the Haifa district. Eytan brings with him vast experience in leading processes and programs within the framework of local municipalities – both on the professional and the organizational levels. He has in-depth knowledge of public governance systems, particularly education and social welfare, and has special expertise in working with the local municipalities of the northern district’s Arab communities.

Aula Mohana
Aula is responsible for leading the division and advancing the field of education and early childhood at Ye’adim for the North, based on a systemic, holistic, and knowledge-based professional approach.
Aula has over 20 years of professional and managerial experience in the fields of education and early childhood. Over the years, she has led the development and establishment of community-based early childhood systems, early childhood centers, and a wide range of developmental services and programs operating within local authorities, providing comprehensive support to children, their families, and professional teams. Her work integrates strategic thinking, cross-system collaboration, and the creation of broad partnerships, alongside influencing policy design and decision-making processes at both the local and national levels, while ensuring culturally adapted services for diverse populations in the social and geographic periphery of northern Israel.
Aula holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and Sociology, a Master's degree in Educational Counseling, and is a certified Special Education teacher. She is a graduate of the Mandel Program and the Kerem Program – Early Childhood Leadership Reserve Program.

Michael Shahar
With over 20 years’ experience in management and education roles – including Head of the Education Unit in the Haifa municipality, school principal and teacher in Tirat HaCarmel – Michael leads the organization with a “people first” approach, emphasizing professionalism, close involvement in the field, collaboration with authorities and the government, and swift responses to the complex social needs of the residents of northern Israel.
Michael’s vision is to build up the Northern Goals foundation as a leading organization in the periphery, which is responsive to needs, proactive and drives significant social change.
